Known Issues
We have heard of some unconfirmed reports of the carts "freezing" when customers are checking out. If you have experienced this, PLEASE let us know so we can remedy it.
Returns
Products purchased directly from American Autowire*, via phone or web can be returned, unused and in original packaging.
All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
To return a product:
- Call the American Autowire Sales Department at 1-800-482-9473 Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm EST to be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
- Box your unused product and the original packaging
- Display your RMA on the outside of the return package
- Include a copy of the original invoice. Returns without items #3 & #4 will not be accepted.

- Upon receipt of your return, and verification of all required documentation, a credit will be issued to the credit card number processed with the original, minus the amount of the 10% restocking Fee. Shipping charges do not apply.
